I was hoping for a repair but the fitter advised that, with the age and condition of the door and mechanism, he couldn t be sure that a similar problem wouldn t arise. A very pleasant, polite guy who cut the cables, lowered the previously stuck door, and made the garage secure for me. Spoke to a lady to order the door and, about 10 minutes later, a gentleman from the office called to arrange installation for late this Friday morning. Swift, efficient service. We have lived at the property for 10 years, so garage door was obviously older than that.
Quick, polite & helpful. Only found site yesterday, booked 10-2 appointment for today & got a phone call 1 hour before checking I'm available & giving me name of engineer. Paul came to see me the same day I rang for help. He fixed the problem in a short time and from chatting I knew he had many years experience working with roller doors etc. I d use the company again, if necessary, as the service was good & they gave a price there and then so I knew what it was going to cost straight away.
The engineer was knowledgeable, polite and punctual. He gave constructive advice and suggested possible solutions. Measurements were taken and a quotation received from the office shortly afterwards.
Requested quote on Sunday Morning had a reply within a couple of hours. Engineer survey on Monday, quoted same day and new door Tuesday Engineers were excellent.
After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning! Great! Even an advisory about the garage door lintel above was received!
